L'Ambassadeur, ci-après dénommé « L'Ambassadeur ».
1. OBJET DE L'ACCORD
La Société propose à l'Ambassadeur un accord de partenariat exclusif pour la recommandation de clients aux services de Samui Authentic. L'Ambassadeur agit en tant qu'apporteur d'affaires de la marque auprès de son réseau contre 10% de commission.
2. PROCESSUS DE RÉSERVATION
- Installation : L'Ambassadeur reçoit un QR code unique sécurisé ainsi qu'un « magic link » menant au tableau de bord de suivi des commandes. L'Ambassadeur peut imprimer ou afficher son QR code autant qu'il le souhaite, de la façon qu'il souhaite (flyers, portfolio, présentoir…).
- Recommandation : L'Ambassadeur dirige les clients vers les canaux officiels de Samui Authentic grâce à son QR code unique sécurisé. Pour être éligible à la commission sur chaque vente, l'Ambassadeur doit s'assurer que ses clients flashent le QR code unique sécurisé afin d'assurer la traçabilité des commandes.
- Confirmation : Une fois la réservation confirmée (règlement d'un deposit et/ou de l'intégralité), aucune autre action n'est requise de la part de l'Ambassadeur. Son tableau de bord s'actualisera avec les informations de la nouvelle commande.
3. COMMISSIONS ET MODALITÉS DE PAIEMENT

4. CONDITIONS JURIDIQUES
- Fiscalité : La Société déduira la retenue à la source applicable sur le paiement de la commission, conformément aux réglementations thaïlandaises.
- Droit de Modification : La Société et L'Ambassadeur disposent du droit d'interrompre ce partenariat en notifiant l'autre partie par mail.
5. AVANTAGES ADDITIONNELS
- Base de données clients : Grâce à notre système d'attribution, l'Ambassadeur constitue automatiquement une base de données d'emails de visiteurs qualifiés. Particulièrement précieux pour les resorts et restaurants — ces contacts ne sont pas nécessairement des résidents de l'établissement et restent exploitables pour les campagnes propres de l'Ambassadeur (newsletters, promotions, fidélisation), dans le respect des obligations de consentement.
- Mise en avant Instagram : L'Ambassadeur sera mis en avant gracieusement et régulièrement dans les stories Instagram de Samui Authentic.
- Communication mensuelle : L'Ambassadeur sera mis en avant dans la communication mensuelle de Samui Authentic (newsletter, posts sociaux, rubrique « partenaire du mois »).

1. OBJET DE L'ACCORD
La Société propose à l'Ambassadeur un accord de partenariat exclusif pour la recommandation de clients aux services de Samui Authentic. L'Ambassadeur a choisi le mode discount client : il ne perçoit pas de commission, mais ses clients bénéficient systématiquement de -10% de réduction sur le catalogue Samui Authentic (hors formule Essentielle) via son QR code et/ou un code promo personnel.
2. PROCESSUS DE RÉSERVATION
- Installation : L'Ambassadeur reçoit un QR code unique sécurisé ainsi qu'un « magic link » menant au tableau de bord de suivi des commandes. L'Ambassadeur peut imprimer ou afficher son QR code autant qu'il le souhaite, de la façon qu'il souhaite (flyers, portfolio, présentoir…).
- Recommandation : L'Ambassadeur dirige les clients vers les canaux officiels de Samui Authentic grâce à son QR code unique sécurisé. Pour que la remise s'applique automatiquement, le client doit flasher le QR code et/ou saisir le code promo personnel de l'Ambassadeur.
- Confirmation : Une fois la réservation confirmée avec la remise appliquée, aucune autre action n'est requise. Le tableau de bord de l'Ambassadeur s'actualisera avec les informations de la nouvelle commande (suivi des clients apportés et des remises consommées).
3. REMISE CLIENT ET CONDITIONS

AMBASSADOR PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT — Commission mode
Between:
Samui Authentic, hereinafter referred to as "The Company" (TAT License 41/00750).
And:
The Ambassador, hereinafter referred to as "The Ambassador".
1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
The Company offers the Ambassador an exclusive partnership agreement for referring clients to Samui Authentic's services. The Ambassador acts as a business provider for the brand within their network for a 10% commission.
2. BOOKING PROCESS
- Setup: The Ambassador receives a unique, secured QR code as well as a "magic link" leading to the order tracking dashboard. The Ambassador may print or display their QR code as often as they wish, and in any way they wish (flyers, portfolio, display stand, etc.).
- Recommendation: The Ambassador directs clients to Samui Authentic's official channels using their unique secured QR code. To be eligible for the commission on each sale, the Ambassador must ensure that their clients flash the unique secured QR code to guarantee order traceability.
- Confirmation: Once the booking is confirmed (payment of a deposit and/or the full amount), no further action is required from the Ambassador. Their dashboard will be updated with the new order information.
3. COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS

4. LEGAL CONDITIONS
- Taxation: The Company shall deduct the applicable withholding tax on the commission payment, in accordance with Thai regulations.
- Right of Modification: The Company and The Ambassador reserve the right to terminate this partnership by notifying the other party via email.
5. ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
- Customer database: Through our attribution system, the Ambassador automatically builds a database of qualified visitor emails. Particularly valuable for resorts and restaurants — these contacts are not necessarily residents of the establishment and remain usable for the Ambassador's own campaigns (newsletters, promotions, loyalty programs), in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
- Instagram exposure: The Ambassador will be featured for free and on a regular basis in Samui Authentic's Instagram stories.
- Monthly communication: The Ambassador will be featured in Samui Authentic's monthly communications (newsletter, social posts, "partner of the month" section).

The Ambassador, hereinafter referred to as "The Ambassador".
1. PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
The Company offers the Ambassador an exclusive partnership agreement for referring clients to Samui Authentic's services. The Ambassador has chosen the client discount mode: they do not earn any commission, but their clients automatically receive a -10% discount on the Samui Authentic catalogue (excluding the Essentielle formula) via their QR code and/or a personal promo code.
2. BOOKING PROCESS
- Setup: The Ambassador receives a unique, secured QR code as well as a "magic link" leading to the order tracking dashboard. The Ambassador may print or display their QR code as often as they wish, and in any way they wish (flyers, portfolio, display stand, etc.).
- Recommendation: The Ambassador directs clients to Samui Authentic's official channels using their unique secured QR code. For the discount to apply automatically, the client must scan the QR code and/or enter the Ambassador's personal promo code.
- Confirmation: Once the booking is confirmed with the discount applied, no further action is required. The Ambassador's dashboard will update with the new order information (tracking referred clients and consumed discounts).
3. CLIENT DISCOUNT AND CONDITIONS

- Right of Modification: The Company and The Ambassador reserve the right to terminate this partnership by notifying the other party via email.
