Train with real fighters and former champions — at the Bophut camp or directly at your villa
Muay Thai is far more than a workout — it's a window into the heart of Thai culture, built on respect, discipline and self-overcoming. We've partnered with one of Bophut's most respected camps so you train exclusively with professional fighters and former champions, never with random instructors.
Each 1h15 session opens with a traditional Thai warm-up to prepare body and mind. You then move into personalised technical work — punches, kicks, knees, elbows — adapted to your level. The core of the session is intense pad work with your coach: power, coordination and endurance, exactly as it's practised in Thailand. We close with stretching to release the tension.
Choose your setting: the Bophut camp (Bophut) for the full authentic atmosphere — heavy bags, ring, the smell of leather; or have a coach come straight to your villa in Bophut, Bangrak, Choeng Mon or Chaweng for total privacy and comfort. Equipment is fully provided. Children from 8 years can join — perfect for families looking for an unforgettable shared experience.
Every session is led by an active fighter or former champion — not a generic fitness instructor. The technique you learn is the same one used inside the ring at Lumpinee and Rajadamnern.
Total beginner, returning to fitness or seasoned practitioner — the coach adapts intensity, technique and pad work to where you are. Solo or in a small group of 2-3 with one dedicated coach.
Pick the authentic Bophut camp atmosphere — bags, rings, training fighters all around — or have the coach come to your villa in Bophut, Bangrak, Choeng Mon or Chaweng for a fully private experience.

No experience required. Each session is fully tailored to your level — discovery, fitness, technique improvement or pushing your limits. Coaches adapt warm-up, technical work and pad work to what you want to achieve.
Yes — children aged 8 to 13 are welcome. Child rates apply: 600 THB for a 1-on-1 camp session, 400 THB per child for a group of 2-3.
Private coaching with an experienced fighter, full equipment (gloves, hand wraps, shin guards), pad work and personalised technical training. Water and drinks available for purchase on site.
The camp (Bophut) gives you the full authentic atmosphere — heavy bags, ring, fighters training around you. The villa option is more comfortable, intimate and convenient if you want to train without leaving your accommodation. Villa coverage: Bophut, Bangrak, Choeng Mon, Chaweng.
